Breaking into this whole "be yourself thing" is hard, right?  I mean when you've spent your whole life catering to the demands of others it's easy to be lost in the sauce.  I know what it's like to not know, to wish earnestly for just a little guidance...

My schtick? It's of the utmost importance
to be yourself & connect with that core essence that is You!

I did it the hard way which means you don't have to ... but make no mistake there will be hard work.  I'm not here to tell you what to do, rather I want for you to see the way clearly for yourself.  I'll be the guiding light down the path of your own personal enlightenment.  Support when you need it and a firm kick in the ass when you get stuck in those old ruts.  

It's totally mind-numbing when you "Should" yourself to death for other people...

No need for coddling & hand holding.
It's tough love, but it's real and you wouldn't have it any other way.

Connection is vital.
Expansion is needed.
Stepping into your energetic sovereignty
with mindful awareness is non-negotiable.
