I was pondering some things to myself late last night (really early this morning) and the subject came to mind about work. As I sat wide awake well past midnight fiddling about my desk with various things I considered some dissatisfaction I've been having lately about my work.
First & foremost I love my work, even the work parts. But I do get caught, like so many of us, when I put forth a lot of effort and have nothing to show for it. While that's an illusion worth exploring, my mind went instead do the concept of my to do list and how busy it keeps me...
In this o so interesting foray into me on camera for a second time I must out loud to you my thoughts on being busy, keeping busy, and some deeper feelings I have about it which may be true for you too.
So in the comments below I'd love your input! Tell me what you thought of this second installment and what else you would like to hear about from me! Do you find yourself busy all the time, even when you don't need to be? Do you drag tasks out just to have something to do? I got past the need to be constantly productive long ago, because I found I needed to stop and center, just to be able to keep it together and actually move in the best direction! I'm a Capricorn, but I've got a good balance when it comes to the work/play/rest ratio, and I knew in my gut when I got to the point of doing too much, that I needed to get off the wheel regularly, if I wanted to get anywhere meaningful! I cared about my spirituality, and realized that that is something I couldn't deepen by DOing. I had to stop and BE, too. So, I started meditating daily. Solitude + visualization/meditation/taking time to dream = a much better life!
