Things to Consider
if you are wanting to become a Reiki Therapist…
How much time are you willing to spend with your new found knowledge? How do you want to use this in relation to your community? Yourself? Your inner circle? What brought this to your attention? Do you practice any other forms of healing? If so, what?
Answering all of these questions is vitally important, I ask them because before embarking on any potential journey as a healer in training you really should look at the reasonings and motivations behind your study. What you expect may well change and how you believe you will use something may not be the manner by which you actually use it. Sometimes a particular path is right for you, but not necessarily in the time and manner by which you would have thought. I ask of my students, “Expect nothing, be open to everything.” Often times our preconceptions stop us from realizing the full potential of our actions.
